We were briefed to review the KITE Projects business and to develop a strategic approach to position them for growth. This required an integrated approach across sales process and pursuit, marketing strategy and brand.

To support these business functions, we supported the KITE Projects team with coaching, to position team capabilities for business growth.

Central to the marketing strategy, was the articulation of the refreshed value proposition through the design and development of a new visual identity. Application across all customer ‘touchpoints’ and messaging were reviewed, resulting in an identity implementation across online platforms and print media.
